The AFK Pilot extension (previously Grok Build for VS Code), if you already work in an editor — from the VS Code Marketplace or Open VSX (Cursor, Windsurf, …).
Grok Build Desktop, if you would rather not install an editor at all. - Link this device. Press the Remote control phone button in the chat's top bar, then Sign in and link this machine (in VS Code, AFK Pilot: Link this device in the Command Palette also works) — your browser opens the approval page automatically. If the code shows on another machine, open /link here and type it in.
- Open on your phone. Visit this dashboard on your phone, sign in, and tap Install app to keep your agent one tap away.
